广交会第二期已经开始了,不知道参加第一期的邦友,效果有没有达到预期。
展会累是一定的,但结束并不代表可以休息,后面的跟进更为重要,这也是决定最后是否能成单的关键。本篇文章就来看一下展会结束后的跟进技巧。

第一步:客户分级
一回公司,第一件事不是休息,而是立刻整理客户 + 分级。为什么要快?因为很多细节(客户问了什么、关注点在哪)过两天就会忘。建议分为三类:
一级客户(重点跟)
* 明确采购意向
* 问了价格 / MOQ / 交期
* 要了报价 / 样品
本质:正在对比供应商
二级客户(潜在客户)
* 问了具体产品
* 有交流,但没到报价阶段
本质:有兴趣,但还没到决策阶段
三级客户(普通流量)
* 简单看了看、聊了几句
本质:弱兴趣或信息收集阶段
和分级一起做的是记录,记录客户看了哪些产品、哪些问题、有没有价格敏感点等。
第二步:分级跟进(越快越好)
理想状态:分级 + 第一轮跟进,当天完成。因为你记得越清楚,邮件就越“像真人”,而不是群发广告。
一级客户:必须一对一 + 强关联
邮件要做到3点:
1. 提到现场细节(让客户记住你)
2. 提供完整信息(报价/资料)
3. 给出明确下一步(推动成交)
邮件模板参考:
Dear [Customer Name],
This is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. It was a pleasure meeting you at our booth during the Canton Fair on [Date].
I remember you were particularly interested in our [product/model], especially regarding [specific point they asked, e.g. price, MOQ, delivery time].
As discussed, I’ve attached:
- Detailed quotation
- Product specifications
- Latest catalog
Also, I’m sharing the photo we took together at the booth – hope it brings back a good memory!
For your project, I’d recommend starting with [suggestion: sample / trial order / best-selling model], which could be a good fit based on your requirements.

二级客户:轻跟进 + 保持存在感
不用太重,重点是:让客户记住你是谁 + 你卖什么
邮件模板参考:

This is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. It was nice meeting you at the Canton Fair.
Based on your interest in [product category], I’ve attached our catalog and company profile for your reference.
If any items catch your attention, I’d be happy to provide more details or a quotation.

三级客户:统一模板 + 长期触达
这一类不用耗精力,重点是:进入你的“长期触达池”。后期可以时长对这类的客户发新品、热销款、行业趋势等。
加分项:趁客户还在中国,邀请到厂参观。如果客户还在国内,这是一个极高转化机会窗口,可以邀请客户来厂参观,这比发几十封封邮件都有效。
邀约邮件模板参考:
Dear [Customer Name],
Since you are still in China, I’d like to invite you to visit our factory.
It’s حوالي [X hours] from Guangzhou, and during the visit you can:
- See our production line
- Check product quality on-site
- Test samples directly
- Discuss your project in detail
We can arrange transportation for you, so the trip will be easy.
Please let me know your available schedule, and I’ll make the arrangements accordingly.

第三步:建立长期跟进机制
第一轮跟进就成交的客户,其实不多。但很多人犯的错误是客户没回就放弃了。这其实是不正确的,因为来参加展会的都是很精准的客户,未成单可能只是当前没需求,但长期看是比较有潜力的客户。正确做法应该是把所有客户纳入“客户池”,做持续跟进。
