外贸客户不回开发信?解决方法

邮件作为外贸员常用到的沟通工具。但如果发出去的邮件一直得不到客户回复,这时你就需要思考到底是自身的竞争条件不够,还是客户压根就没收到?是邮件书写有问题,还是客户压根没有需求?
 


当我们遇到上面的这些问题,我们该如何应对?
 
使用企业邮箱发邮件
在我们给目标客户发邮件时,要尽量选用企业邮箱发送。Gmail服务器不是很稳定我们尽量要少用,像163、搜狐等邮箱我们直接放弃就好,这类的邮箱很容易会被客户的邮件服务商认为是垃圾邮件,客户还没看到你的邮件,客户的邮件服务商就直接把你发的邮件退回或放到垃圾信箱。
 
开发信最好不要带附件
如果我们第一次发邮件给客户,我们最好不要在邮件中加图片、报价单之类的,这很容易被误认为是垃圾邮件。同时在写邮件时不要长篇大论的介绍公司实力、介绍产品等,我们第一份邮件的主要目的是先和客户取得联系。
 
注意邮件发送密度
如果我们发的第一份邮件客户没有回复,我们想进行后续的跟进时,发邮件的密度变的尤为关键。我建议的邮件密度是:第一天、第二天、第五天、第十三天、第二十五天、一个月后。
 
当我们收到客户的回复时,我们不要马上进行回复。我们可以在收到询盘后尽快了解客户的基本情况,尽量在10分钟左右的时间里了解客户的基本情况,在半小时内给与客户回复。回复的邮件先不要直接报价,可以针对客户的询问回复,着重表示合作的诚意。
 
如果客户一直没有回复,我们就需要改变策略,再次发送。在新邮件中可以加上几个行业内知名的客户案例和质量认证,吸引客户阅读回复。
 
例如:
Hi Smith,
I trust that you have had an opportunity to read my previous email and look at our website, so I figured it’d be worth checking in with you again.
As a professional manufacturer of XX (product ), we are now working with many customers in your market such as 1,  2,  3.  Our quality meet ISO, CE, FDA standard and price is quite competitive for your market.
Have you given any additional thought to my proposal? I’d be happy to do a quick review of it on the phone and answer any and all questions you may have.
We appreciate for your prompt reply.
 
如果还是没有获得客户回复,我们可以给客户打电话。询问合作意向,同时也可以对客户提的问题进行回复。
 
例如:
开场问候:
Hello, this is xx from xx(company).I’m in the line of XX business.

询问问题:
Have you received the email I sent on XX which subject is xx.

联想回复:
If the answer is No, then you can say: Okay, thanks for your feedback. I’ll resend the email, please kindly check after 5 minutes.
If the answer is Yes, then you can say: With regard the email, I attached some best selling (products) in your market. Do you have any interest in it?
Do you have plan for developing new product this season ?
Do you have suppliers for xx in China ?
Do you need sample to test ?

结尾:
I will email you later, thank you.So glad to talk with you , have a nice day.Goodbye !
 
如果经过上面的步骤依旧没有得到客户的回复,这时我们可以再发一封邮件,邮件内容可以直接给客户报价。
 
例如:
Quotation of the product:
Sample CIF Paris : 920usd/1000pcs ( delivery way : Door to Door express )
The price we offered includes:
1)Cost of the product
2)Delivery fee from China to Paris
The price we offer not includes:
1)Custom fee in Paris
2)External packing box
The price will be expired before 3rd January, but as products are in high demand currently, the products are in shortage, so if you confirm to purchase, please let me know asap, and I can reserve them for you in time.

如果客户依然没回复,我们就应该放缓跟进频率。我们可以一个月发一封,邮件内容主要是市场行情,以这样的方式保持和客户的互动。这样可以使客户在有需要时可以及时想起你。
