回盘客户不回复,该如何跟进

对我们询盘的很多客户并没有很急切的想成交,可能只是问问了解一下市场行情。对于这类的客户如果正常跟进可能需要很长的时间,如何在短时间内对客户进行有效跟进呢?下面小编整理了网上的一些技巧分享给大家,希望对你有所帮助。


 
对于这类的客户,我们的回盘很难得到回复,因此我们可以发一封邮件来询问客户对产品意见,让客户回复我们。只有建立沟通才可以逐渐获得客户的信任,从而获得订单。

因此我们可以这样写:
I hope all is well with you, my friend. 
I'm sorry to say that I haven't received any messages from you. If you have any questions about the product, please reply.
After receiving your reply, we will try to fulfill your request. Because we don't want to lose a good customer like you!
If there is anything we can do for you, we will be more than happy to do so. We hope we can establish a good relationship with you.
 
当上封邮件发送一周后,如果还没得到回复,我们就需要发送第二封邮件了。这封邮件可以这样写:

Good day!

You may have received and considered my XXX offer. Seeing that you have not responded for so long, do you have any comments on our products? If it is convenient, please give me feedback and I will record it and continue to improve our products.
If the product is not what you expect, please tell me your detailed requirements, I will serve you at any time!

也可以这样写:

Dear ***,

Wish you have a nice day!
I would like to know if you have received my quotation? If you read it and have any other ideas, please feel free to contact me.
I look forward to your reply.
 
如果客户这两封邮件都打开了,大部分的客户都会给我们回复,即使可能是一些拒绝的回复
 
当这两封邮件发过去后,如果客户还没有回复,可能很多的业务会放弃。但我想说的是可以再进行尝试一下。这是给客户发的第三方邮件,客户可能会因为你的坚持或者有些不耐烦从而回复。但大多数潜在客户回应都是表示歉意和欣赏的。我们第三封信可以这样写:

Hi [Prospect]

Hope you had a good weekend (been well, etc.*).
Not sure if you've been really slammed or you've decided to hold off for now, but I wanted to see if you might have any feedback on our proposal?
Certainly no rush on our end -- I don't want to become a pest if you'd prefer I hold off on contact.
I also thought you might have some interest in a recent post on XX category.
Look forward to hearing from you.

这封邮件发过去后如果还没有得到回复,建议可以换客户开发了。因为在一个无效的客户身上花费过多的时间对你而言是不划算的,与其花费时间在这个客户身上不如从新开发新的潜在客户有效果。这时我们可以给客户发最后一封信。
