国庆假期前，这些事你做了吗？

国庆算是我们所有假期里面放假时间较长的了。但对于我们大多数的外贸客户而言，他们很多是不放假的，所以为了我们自己能安心过假期，不要忘了在放假前和客户做好对接。距离放假还有一天，看看你还有哪几项没做吧。

放假通知
告知客户我们的放假时间是第一件必须要做的事，目的是为了方便彼此安排工作。同时在邮件附加上我们的紧急联系方式，方便客户在遇到突发问题时能够联系到我们。邮件可以参照下面这样写：

Dear xxx

We wish you a pleasant day.

The Chinese National Day is coming up，kindly let you know that we will take our holiday on 1th Oct. and will come back to work on 8th Oct. .

lf any issues please send mail to me or call my mobile at +86-138xxxxxxx.

With my best regards.

Name

客户订单进度
放假前，我们要了解所有订单的一个生产进度，并告知到客户。这里小编根据不同的合作进度，大致细分了以下几种情况：

订单在运输途中：我们先预估一个大致的到货时间，并在放假前告知客户，请客户那边跟紧进度。

订单正要出货：临近假期，货代公司和船企可能都要放假，因此我们要提前确定订单是否能在节前发出，如果不能，要告知节后的发货时间，如果能也要给与客户肯定的回复。

正在生产的订单：要告知客户工厂假期放假的时间，并给出具体完成生产的时间。

还未生产的订单：告知客户放假时间，并告知客户订单已经安排下去，等假期回来就开工。如果确定生产周期的话，还可以告知客户订单完成时间。

还未确定的订单：我们可以适当的利用假期进行催单。比如假期过后订单生产紧张、假期过后可能涨价、假期过后装运爆舱等，通过这类话术使客户产生紧迫感，促使客户提早下单。

无论是以上那种情况都建议在邮件末尾加一句“Whenever you need my help, please feel free to contact me.”

下面分享一封国庆催单邮件：

Dear xxx,

After October, the shipping space will get very tight because of the Christmas Season. In addition, the freight charge shall fluctuate obviously that time.

We don't mean to be pushy. However, there will be national holiday in China from 1st Oct to 7th Oct. During this period, all chinese factroies will close their services.

In order to make sure all the goods can bedelivered as scheduled, can you please help send the final confirmation of the order by this week? lt will help us to plan the production properly, thanks for your understanding.

Whenever you need my help, please feel free to contact me.

设置邮件自动回复
客户每天都会收到大量的邮件消息，查看时难免会有所遗漏。这时如果客户联系不到你，会很影响你们间的合作关系。因此在假期期间设置一封自动回复邮件是很有必要的。这封邮件可以这样写：

My dear friend,

Thanks for supporting our company’s business and sorry for no responding at the moment. During the Oct 1st to 7th, 2022 is the National Holiday in China, so I’m not in the office. And your emails will be taken into my own hands on Oct 8th, 2022. However,Feel free to +86-138xxxxxxx to my cell phone for anything important.

虽然发了假期通知和设置了自动回复，但我们依旧要时常查看一下我们的邮箱。避免在假期中遗漏重要信息，错过一些客户的询盘。
