第二步:调整工作信息
比如网站、社交媒体上及时更新原有的春节或假期信息,换上复工问候语,如“Good luck at the beginning!”,确保客户在浏览时感受到最新动态。 关闭或调整邮件或即时通讯工具的假期自动回复,更新为上班状态,确保客户能及时收到你的回复。
第三步:跟进合作伙伴
整理与订单相关的上下游合作伙伴信息,如工厂、供应商、货代、船公司等。以复工+拜个晚年的方式,主动联系各合作伙伴,确认开工情况,并做好记录,为后续沟通打下基础。
第四步:梳理订单情况

第五步:高效处理邮件
外贸人在处理邮件时,建议按以下顺序处理邮件:
1. 重要且紧急:立即优先处理。
2. 紧急但不重要:尽快回复。
3. 重要但不紧急:安排在稍后处理,但保持跟进。
4. 既不重要也不紧急:放在最后处理或归档,待有空时再看。
