客户抱怨物流慢,如何处理

不管是什么情况,第一时间要确认发货成功,并帮客户催促物流。

can you tell me exactly when will be delivered?客户问要具体可以收货时间。
----给不了时,告诉客户说跟物流公司确认过,货物正在等待航班,无法确定具体到达时间
