客户发邮件说产品没有CSA或UL认证要退货,该怎么回复?

早上收到一封客户邮件:

Hi I went there check again use the USPS you provide through the website and I finally got the package. However the product did not he any CSA or UL certify, it can not be installed. I will need to return it. Please advise.
