很多人做外贸邮件,有个误区“发了 = 做了”。但真实情况是没打开、没回复,等于没发。所以真正要看的只有两个指标“打开率和回复率”。
而开发客户,从来不是靠一封邮件,而是靠一套“组合拳”。本期我们就来看组合类的邮件怎么发?

一、第一次跟进(提醒 + 轻价值)
发了开发信/报价,对方没回。这封跟进邮件的主要目的是让客户“重新注意到你”。
模板邮件:
Hi XXX,
Just checking in — not sure if you’ve had a chance to review my previous email about the LED display solution.
For many of our EU clients, what matters most is flexibility and compliance. We typically support:
- Custom sizes & structures for different projects
- Fast sampling (short lead time)
- Full CE & RoHS compliance
If you happen to be working on any project, I’d be glad to share some relevant ideas or references.

二、客户已读不回(推动行动)
这是最关键的一封,80%的人死在这里,问题不是客户不感兴趣,而是你没有给他“回复的理由”。
这封邮件不是问“why”,而是“Do”。站在客户的角度,我们不是在向他推销产品,而是帮助他获利。
模板邮件:
Hi XXX,
I was thinking — not sure if the current quotation fully matches your project needs.
In many cases, our clients adjust specs to improve cost-performance. We can help with:
- More cost-effective configurations
- Structure optimization for easier installation
- Suitable brightness for indoor/outdoor use
If you’d like, I can suggest a more optimized option based on your market.

三、长期不回复(给“实质好处”)
长期不回复的客户有两方面原因:要么你没吸引力、要么客户暂时没需求。这时候只讲优势已经没用了,要给“实际资源”。

Recently, we’ve completed several LED display projects for EU clients with fast delivery and strict certification requirements.
If you are planning any upcoming LED screen projects in 2026, we can support quick sampling and technical design before ordering.
Even a rough idea is enough for us to start.

四、完全不回(反向逼单)
这封很多人不敢发,但其实很好用。这封邮件的本质是给客户一个“必须表态”的机会。

Hi XXX,
I haven’t heard back from you, so I’m not sure if this project is still active.
Should I close your file for now?
If your LED display plan is postponed, no worries — just let me know, and I can follow up later at a better timing.
