春节假期前,这7件事别忘做!

这个时间不少工厂/公司基本已经进入停工、清尾单状态,下周更多是“收尾 + 放假前准备”。

那放假前最后一周,外贸人到底要做哪些关键工作?小邦帮你梳理了一份实操清单,照着做,年后能少踩坑。

一、提前发好「放假通知邮件」
 
这一步一定要提前做,不然年后很容易被客户一句:“Why didn’t you inform us in advance?”
 
这封邮件必须包含 4 点
* 放假时间
* 复工时间
* 假期期间的工作安排
* 紧急联系方式
 
通用放假通知邮件:
 
Dear [Customer Name],
 
Please be advised that our company will be closed from [假期开始时间] to [假期结束时间] for the Chinese New Year holiday.
 
Normal business operations will resume on [复工时间].
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

If you have any sales inquiries during the holiday, please feel free to email us at [邮件地址], and we will respond as soon as possible after we resume work.
 
Best regards,
[Your Name]
 
有近期出货/下单客户,建议单独提醒:
 
Dear [Customer Name],
 
Please kindly note that any orders placed during the Chinese New Year holiday will be arranged for production after [生产恢复时间].
 
To avoid any unnecessary delay, we recommend placing your orders in advance.
The shipping cut-off date is [发货截至日期].
 
Should you have any urgent matters, please feel free to contact us at [邮箱地址] or call [电话号码].
 
Thank you for your understanding.
 
Best regards,
[Your Name]
 
二、官网/B2B 平台同步发布放假公告
 
很多新客户会直接通过官网/B2B平台下单,如果不发公告 = 客户下单没人处理 = 体验感直接扣分。
 
官网/平台通用英文公告:
 
Dear Customers,
 
Please be informed that our company will be closed from [假期开始时间] to [假期结束时间] for the Chinese New Year holiday.
 
Normal business operations will resume on [复工时间].
Orders placed during the holiday will be arranged for production after [生产时间].
 
Thank you very much for your continued support and cooperation.
Wishing you a prosperous and successful year in 2026!
 
三、设置邮箱自动回复(非常重要)
 
放假期间不自动回复,客户很可能会以为你失联了。因此设置自动回复非常重要。内容上建议简洁、信息明确即可。
 
邮件自动回复模板:
 
Dear [Sender’s Name],
 
Thank you for your email.
Please note that our office will be closed for the Chinese New Year holiday from February 8th to February 23rd, and we will resume normal operations on February 24th.
 
During this period, responses may be delayed.
If your matter is urgent, please contact [联系人] at [邮件] or [电话].
 
Thank you for your understanding. We will get back to you as soon as possible after the holiday.
 
Best regards,
[Your Name]
 
四、客户信息/资料备份
 
重点备份这些内容:
 
* 客户联系方式(邮箱、WhatsApp、LinkedIn)
* 报价单、合同、PI、沟通记录
* 正在跟进的重点客户资料
 
建议:
* 本地 + 云端双备份(Google Drive / OneDrive / 企业云盘)
* 以“客户名 + 日期”命名,年后不翻车
 
五、工作进度备份
 
年前花 1–2 小时,做这件事非常值:
 
* 每个重点客户当前进度
* 正在谈的价格/条件
* 生产到哪一步
* 年后第一步要做什么
 
建议按「高 / 中 / 低优先级」简单列清单,方便年后快速进入状态。
 
六、假期也别完全“断联行业信息”
 
外贸放假 ≠ 行业停摆,毕竟干这行即时放假也不能完全与工作脱节,日常可以关注海运价格变动、留意汇率波动、关注政策、材料成本变化、每天至少处理一次邮箱邮件等。不用深度工作,但要保持感知。
 
七、给客户送一句节日问候(加分项)
 
除了中国,韩国、越南、马来西亚、新加坡等也过春节。如果你知道客户也在放假,一句祝福非常加分。
