外贸人春节通知怎么发?注意事项及模版快收藏!

春节将至,我们外贸人终于有时间可以回家陪陪父母或联系联系朋友了,然而,客户在这个时候仍在工作。若我们在不留痕迹的情况下悄悄离开,可能会对我们日后的业务产生不良影响。那么在这个情况下,正确的做法是什么呢?


 
首先,正式的邮件通知。针对所有合作或意向客户发一封告知邮件,告知客户公司的假期安排。提醒客户做好时间安排,同时也可以利用假期的节点进行催单。
 
以下分享一写邮件模板供邦友们参考:
模板一:
Dear Valued Customers,
 
As the Chinese New Year is around the corner, please be informed that our office will close for holidays from 放假日期 to 假期结束日期, 2024.
 
Our office will resume work on  上班日期.
 
Thanks for your support and cooperation over the past year. Happy New Year!
 
模板二:
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Our company will close for Chinese New Year Holiday from 放假日期 to 假期结束日期.
 
If you have any urgent issues during the holidays, please feel free to contact us at 紧急联系方式.
 
Thanks for your kind understanding. Wishing you good luck and prosperity in 2024. Happy Chinese New Year.
 
模板三:
Dear xxx
We are pleased to inform you that our Chinese New Year holiday start from 日期 to 日期. All the orders placed after 日期 will be processed after we come back from holiday.
 
Hence our office and warehouse are closed during the above period. Please feel free to contact us at 0086 电话号码 or send E-mail to me at 邮箱地址.

注意不要硬套上面的模板,要结合自身的客户情况进行针对性的内容撰写。对于正在生产的客户要告知其生产进度,同时告知客户紧急的联系方式,这样假期期间,如果客户有突发情况,也可以找到你。
 
为了防止一些客户没看到邮件或有客户询盘,如果不即时回复的话,会给客户不好的体验,也可能因此而丢单。一般我会在放假前一天设置一封自动回复的邮件,以下是其内容模板:

在假期前,除了与客户沟通外,还需要对公司内部进行一些准备工作,以确保假期后业务的顺利进行。这包括对市场进行分析,了解产品当前的趋势,预测节前市场的需求,并检查现有订单的生产和运输状况,安排交期等。
